[DSP-10] uhfa for DSPx

I solved my problem with the Transmit LED. I had installed Q105 and Q106 
backwards. Also I my grounding problem looks like I mis-wired the mic. I 
have also locked both of the PLL's.

I still have one question. Is there a different version of uhfa.exe for 
the DSPx? Also if there is a different version of uhfa is it on the 
cdrom that came with the DSPx?
