[DSP-10] What Microphone are you using?

Hi All - I have no microphone suggestions. A related item, though:
Based on little data, I suspect that all microphones are "almost" the same,
except for their frequency response. That is, they don't have a lot of
distortion in the sense of non-linearities. The original RS mike didn't
sound very good, so I added the mike eqaulizer:

For that mike, I boost the highs quite a bit and the lows a trifle. The
settings for the configuration file variable aeqdb_t that I am using
(apparently with success!) are
aeqdb_t -99 3.0 0.0 -2.0 2.0 5.0 7.0
This is intended to sound "natural" and is not a DX/Heil mike!
These can be set through the SCRL-F5 command/dialog box. This also shows
what the actual frequency response looks like. See the User's Manual entry
listed above for more information.
Also, if someone works out settings for a particular microphone, please
share them with the group.
