I think the RSGB will only provide out-takes from RadCom to members. You
could try mailing the authors:
PIC-A-STAR : Peter Rhodes, G3JXP, [email protected]
CDG2000: George Fare, G3OGQ et al, [email protected] or

The CDG200 is truly amazing, if my license wasn't limited to 30MHz and
up I would be building one now.
