[DSP-10] U7 not locking up-no more

I removed the wires from the feedthru cap on FL2, serial clock, and =
soldered them together as a temporary test.
Everything locks up great now. The feedthru cap was corrupting the clock =
signal. I have ordered a 74HC14 to install as a permanet fix. THANKS =
ALOT for all the help in finding the problem for me. I would have never =
found it myself.
