[DSP-10] sound card - dual operation question for DSP

If your other sound card is PCI based, you run Win98SE or XP, and you have
"Plug and Play OS" enabled in the BIOS settings, you should not have a
problem.  Otherwise, it could run from "easy" to "impossible".
