[DSP-10] PLL Tuneup Procedures

Hi Roger and DSP-10'ers,

Your diagnostic program and notes are a fine addition to the tools. It is
really helpful to have a variety of diagnostic tools available, since we
don't know what the problems might be.

I will add a link to your page from the PLL page.  Which reminds me, if
anyone has software/hardware material related to the DSP-10, let me know and
I will add a link to it.  If you need Internet storage for such material, I
can provide some, or if it is really big, we can find someone else that can!
