[DSP-10] Just in case it happens to anyone else

The ARRL Lab ordered two DSP-10 kits and, separately, two EZ-Lite kits from
Analog Devices.  Turns out that one of the EZ-Lites came with a 5-volt
supply instead of the 9-volt supply!  The supplies looked virtually
identical, with only a minor change in part number.   Naturally, the  boards
wouldn't work; they didn't even let the diagnostic software load. They are
sending us a new supply, but this one drove our Lab dudes nuts, as they used
the 5 V supply to test both boards.

Just a heads up, in case it happens to anyone else.
