[DSP-10] Pin P3/20 problem

Is it possible internal pullups were changed between Silicon Rev 2.0 and
Rev 4.0?

There are no differences in Errata:

I have two ADDS-21XX-EZLITE P/N# 35-000286-01.
I believe I ordered both direct from AD:

The first was ordered in November 1999.
It has no serial number. It has an 8.5x11 inch EZ-KIT Reference
Manual.
The processor is Rev 4.0 with date code 9923.

The second was ordered in late 2000, or 2001 as I recall.
It has a serial numbered label over an old non-SN label.
It has SN: 510314. It has a smaller, perfect bound Reference Manual.
The processor is Rev 2.0 with date code 9635.

It appears the later kits are using earlier processors.

Perhaps someone knows the differences between Rev 2.0 and Rev 4.0.

Is your processor 2.0 or 4.0, or perhaps something else?
