[DSP-10] GPS Standard : HPZ3801A or Shera project ?

I built the Shera Standard with a HP 10544A oven about a year and a half ago.

and total cost runs about the same,  with the Shera standard  probably 
costing slightly more.  If I had known about the HP Z3801A I would have 
gone that route.

I have provided a lot of information on parts and the building process on 
the web site.  There is a lot of work and tweaking to get it all done 
right.  The HP is a much easier route and leaves you with time for the next 
project.  I am very happy with the Shera standard and would not replace it, 
but it was a REAL PROJECT!!!!  My idea is why reinvent the wheel if a wheel 
already exists and you wheel will cost more.
