[DSP-10] correction

I made an error on the last TWO e-mails

Where I said IN THE BRACKETS   (.03 milliwatts)   that should say (.30 
mircowatts)   THE last should say (.030 microwatts)

I CAN MAKE CONTACTS BUT I CAN'T DO MATH AND TYPE IT OUT CORRECTLY.

SORRY FOR THE ERRORS.

  IT REALLY WAS 30 NANOWATTS  forget about trying to convert it to 
something else.  I never have made a contact with this power levels 
before.  The signal I was transmitting with the DSP-10 was only about s9 on 
my Icom 821H here in the shack.
