[DSP-10] Construction hints

Hi Bob ...Hermann here...No Bob, I tryed first with the original 9 Volt 
regulator  and it happens...Lateron I changed the regulator and put in this 
8Volt reg....makes no change...I also checked the output from the 5 Volt reg 
and it is still ok , will say, very well stable and no signs of  going down a 
bit, so there is enough voltage left over.

We also found this problem on a second EZ Lit Kit. It does the same 
thing..!!!!!!

So I dont know....maybe somebody should try to "finger" around ....hi
