[DSP-10] DSP10 Activity in CN84, CN83

WOW... WOW.....  Incredible.

Last night Bob W7PUA , Jimmy W7CQ and I were running PUA43 mode for our 
first PUA43 Q's.

Jimmy and I built our dsp10s at the same time and the following chart is 
the power output vs XMIT setting in the PUA software. Running at setting of 
40 in other words running 0.03 microwatts in 14 char PUA43 mode over a path 
of ~46 miles and in about 15 +/- minutes copied the char set. After one 
year of work on both the dsp10 and the GPS / freq standard it all came 
together last night..
