[DSP-10] : 10mhz Oscillators - BufferSchematic - web page

Hi All:

There was a missing file on our web page in the Construction section for 
the BufferSchematic.doc
This has been fixed.  The web is under constant change and it got lost in 
the shuffle.  Sorry for any inconvenience it caused.

There has been lots of threads in the last few weeks about the 10mhz 
crystal oscillator and using external 10mhz sources.
KO7N and myself share a web site with lots of information on building the 
Shera GPS Frequency Standard for use with the DSP-10.
