[DSP-10] A DSP10 GUI Control Program for Linux

Folks,

	I've written a GUI (graphical user interface) for the DSP10
that runs under Linux.  It is a work in progress.  (It is very much
"in progress" -- this code is not yet ready for prime time.)  But
rather than sit on it until it is ready, I've decided to let it out
there.
