[DSP-10] ADSP-2181 Plug Numbers

Hi,

Unfortunately, what is obvious to some isn't obvious to all.  AD's PCB
layout folks are using "the square hole is pin 1 rule" for numbering the
0.1 inch connectors (well, at least on my EZ-Lite Eval board.)
