[DSP-10] Table 1 Voltages

Hello Group,

I am in the "Power Up and Initial Testing" stage of DSP-10 assembly.  My question is about the Table 1 nominal DC voltages that may be expected from a properly operating main board.  My first seven voltages match those published in the October 1999 QST.  My last six voltage measurements differ substantially from the measurements given in QST.  My measurements are as follow:

R110,  1.8 VDC
U105 pin 3,  2.3 VDC
U106 pin 3, 3.6 VDC
R59,  1.39 VDC
U8 pin 3,  1.6 VDC
U9 pin 3,  3.2 VDC  

All voltages are referenced to ground.
These measurements were taken with the DSP-10 board not connected.

Any comments would be appreciated.
