[DSP-10] EZLITE Kit

The CODEC for the EXLITE is no longer made by Analog Devices, I understand now
only available from a second source. But if not dead yet (and we're just seeing
kits still in inventory?), the price of this board is being raised to kill it.
Either way, from a practical $$$ standpoint this board is gone.

Now's the time to make our own DSP-10 compatible replacement. There certainly
must be enough volume to support manufacturing a run of boards. SMD assembly is
not that terrible. I, for one, would happily buy 2-3 bare boards just to have DSP
in my bag of tricks. For DSP-10 and other projects that were designed around this
board.
