[DSP-10] EZKit-Lite

A kit wouldn't make sense if the assembled version is $149. If the price
stays at $245 then there will be an advantage. Considering that only a DSP
chip, EPROM, RS-232 interface and a few miscellaneous gates and op amps are
all that is required for this application, a two layer board would probably
suffice.
