[DSP-10] EZKit-Lite

One thing to keep in perspective is that these eval kits are produced by
device manufacturers, probably at a loss, so that engineers can learn how to
use a manufacturers product in their designs.   From their point of view,
they never did intend them to be used by experimenters.

I imagine that they did not expect the volume of experimenter requests they
are getting.

I agree with Steve; let's be careful that we don't take steps now that end
up discouraging manufacturers from allowing non-OEMs to buy their eval kits.
If the manufacturers ever wise up, we are in trouble. :-)
