Hello,
I am a little surprised at the tone of this rhetoric. Has it occurred
to anyone that MAYBE Analog Device made a honest mistake???
I can't think of a better negative PR piece about Amateur Radio
than to have a bunch of angry callers accusing Analog Devices
of this, that and the other thing!
Analog Devices cannot be making a whole lot of money on this
Engineering Evaluation board. If anything, they are a chip
manufacture and not a specialty board manufacturer. These
evaluation boards are designed and marketed for industry (maybe
student community also) to promote sales and usage in product.
Folks, the AD2181 DSP aint state of the art. I say don't bite the
hand that feeds you!
