[DSP-10] RF Voltages in 124 MHz LO chain

I measure the following voltages using my 100 MHz scope:
C119, JFET side 20mv p2p
C119 at U105 MMIC input - less than 5mv p2p
U105 output 20mv P2P
U106 output 20mV p2p
At U3 mixer about 20mv P2P

Is this OK?
I am a little confused by the "Tips and Measurements Page" where in
one section it states that the scope measured rf voltage at U3 is
650mv.  In another section of the same page, the probe measured RF
voltage at U3-4 is 55mv.  I am getting only 20mV on the scope.

Any ideas.
