[DSP-10] Transverter high-side conversion

Hi Bob and Group,

Thanks for the info.  I'm going to try that but it probably is 3 or 4 
projects down the line.  It shouldn't be too difficult however, if the L Band 
mixer I'm working on turns out OK.  I can essentially use the same osc/mult 
circuit for the high side conversion to 432.
