I just saw this.....

a 1ppm TCXO with programmable reference divider.
It's a bga part... (Bummer) but it has 0.050 spacing and only 12 used pins.
The connections are only to the outside row a dead bug approach might work.

Maxim is also good about letting you order small quantities with a credit card.
(The list $20.00 for 1K alas single pieces are probably double that)

I don't work for Maxim, I just saw this and thought it was cool and 
appropriate for this list.
