[DSP-10] Various Ezlite part numbers

The part numbers tell the story...  Item 2 is an earlier version.  The hardware is the same, the later kit has the
"crippleware" Windows software vs. the earlier DOS software. (And the earlier version is cheaper, if you can still find them)
