Try the settings for a 6JC6 or 6HM6 if your settings manual lists one of those. These are all sharp cutoff pentodes with base diagram 9PM designed for use as TV IF amps.
Realize that even a very good tube tester like your TV-7 doesn’t test the tube at its RF operating frequency so even if it tests OK if further troubleshooting leads you to suspect that tube don’t ignore your instincts. It is very common for a tube to test OK in a tester but fail to work properly in circuit since it isn’t tested at the operating frequency nor will it experience the actual heat generated during set operation so problems like secondary emission from a grid are often not caught during a test. Of course the opposite is also true and many tubes that test as being questionable will continue to work perfectly in the circuit since that particular circuit does not depend upon the tube operating at near it rated capabilities.
I also have a SX-146/HT-46 pair and they are a fairly unusual (9 Mhz. IF receiver) and compact Hallicrafters pair.

I'm restoring a Hallicrafters SX-146 receiver and a HT-46 transmitter.
I checked all the tubes with my TV-7 tube tester, but there is no
settings given in my tube tester manual for a 6JD6 tube.
Anyone on here knowing TV-7 settings for a 6JD6 tube?
