[Drake] Drake L-75 Amplifier Question

It appears that my L-75 may be a later production run, because the two fuses show as being in series with both legs of the 240 Volt wiring set up.
It sure would be nice to get an up-to-date schematic for my L-75.

The manual that I found shows only one fuse, also. If you are running on
110VAC, and both fuses are available, I would just fuse both sides if
two fuses are located on the back, and per the instructions use 20A
