You won't find 200 mfd capacitors easily.  The "modern" capacitors are in the same tolerance range as resistors.  The "modern" value will be 220 mfd.  You can get them from mouser:  http://www.mouser.com as well as a number of other suppliers.

I needs 8 200uf @ 450vdc capacitors to rebuild a LS-7 power supply. Does 
anyone know a source?
