[Drake] L-4 PS repair

Hi Rick,

Thanks to your generositythe Drake L-4 PS is alive and well. The 
resistor you sent arrived late Friday afternoon, and the repair was 
completed that evening. The Harbach order had been received on Thursday 
providing the other needed parts.

Some late night contacts on 75m using the L-4B went welland I ran it 
again yesterday to check it out fully. I'm delightedto have this old war 
horse, recently acquired in an estate sale, functioning again. It is an 
original version with the 10m position on the band switch markedon the 
front panel - and no need for any modification.
