These are hard to find.  They show up on eBay every once in a while, but draw big bids.

Some have had success in purchasing a 500k audio pot by CTS, disassembling and replacing the 
element in the original switch.

The same configuration was used throughout the TR-3/4(any) production.

You might want to repost your want on the DrakeRadio Yahoo group.   MUCH larger audience.
