Amazon sells it as I am sure some others do.
 
It is an enjoyable book.  John Loughmiller used to be on the Drakelist.  I do not know if he is on this list too or not.

is 2000.  My copy is 049/100 and is autographed.

It is not 'in-depth.'  About half the pages are "Technical Tips."
