[Drake] Band switch issue

Guys, I have an odd issue with my band switch on my TR7.  When I put it on"28.5" it correctly shows the correct frequency on the DR7 display.  However when I select "21"  it still shows the ten meter frequency.  When I select "14" it shows and receives 20 meters, when I select "7" it still displays the 20 meter freq and not 40 meter freq.  Any ideas???
