[Drake] New in box L-75

I just bought an unused L-75 in factory boxes on eBay.  The story was that it was won at a hamfest and never used.  The shipping label showed a destination of "HAM COMP 82" in San Diego.  The amp itself seems to be complete with original cartons for amp and transformer.  The carton with the 3-500Z was missing as were the parasitic supressor and plate cap.

I have three specific questions.

1) I know that tubes are available and wonder what "brand" is recommended and should I look for a 3-500Z with graphite plates.

2) Is there a known source for the parasitic supressor?
3) How about a source for the plate cap pictured in the manual?

4) What, if anything, can be done to add 10 meter coverage.
