Joe,
   You can find small 12vdc Plastic computer fans that are roughly 3 in, and the mounting holes will match up with the holes in the back side PA cage. Wire the fan to ground and to the 12vac filament line through a diode, and filtered with a small electrolytic. You can actually vary the speed of the fan based on the size of capacitor.  They work great and are quiet.
