The earliest I've seen was around 43500, and I believe that might have been an outlier, perhaps modified from a CW by 
Drake.  I would guess they started around 44000 or later, mid 1977.  The latest one I've seen was at 45440, March 1978. 
Yours was probably built around September 1977.
