[Drake] Looking for R-4B Schematic

Thanks Al.  I will probably go with that package which Garey is providing at
some point in time.  I have now received a link to a copy of the schematic
and it allowed me to document the changes to bring my schematic current.
This will get me where I want to go for the immediate problem I'm working
on.
