[Drake] The Drake list will continue!

Wow, the response was overwhelming!  There were several requests to keep 
this list going, with only one dissenting vote.

Thus, we'll continue, as always.  Maintaining the list is no real burden.

I was hoping to hear the voice of Garey, our Drake guru.  Hopefully, he 
hasn't left us for the Yahoo guys.

It was also surprising to hear how many Yahoo haters there are out there.
Personally, I belong to several YahooGroups, and even moderate a couple.
In many ways, I think they are a better alternative to these ancient 
Mailman-style mailing lists, but that's just me.
