[Drake] T-4XB relay chattering

I have a Drake T-4XB that has a relay that chatters and probably needs 
to be replaced. Is there a direct replacement relay? Is there an 
alternative like re-wiring a T-4XC relay and circuit?

I have replaced the tube and gone over the circuit but is there some 
specific components that I should check that might cause a relay to 
chatter when energized?
