[Drake] Drake L4B Plate voltage

Thanks Roger...that looks pretty slick...I may do that as long as  
it's still on the bench...I've been using a switched outboard in-rush  
protector as a work around for the faulty switch and planned on  
installing Harbach's unit when I got the switch fixed.
