[Drake] MN 7 plate arcing & circuit diagram.

Hello all, 

I recently acquired an MN7 matching network however it came without a circuit diagram.

On hooking the unit up I was quite alarmed to note arcing across the variable capacitor plates. Has anyone encountered this problem before, any obvious problems I should be investigating?. I'd really appreciate your experience and guidance on this one.

So this weekend I plan to have a bit of a dig around the unit but I'd like to down load a copy of the circuit diagram. There must be a pdf copy out there somewhere if you know where please let me know.
