[Drake] Using Heathkit HP-23B with T4X?

You can build a 650-700 volt HV supply with 120/240 volt isolation 
transformer.

240 * 1.414 = 340
340 * 2  = 680

You can buy these transformers from Allied, Mouser, and DigiKey.

They are a viable solution to the problem.
