[Drake] AC Hum in TR-4C speaker`

Thanks for all the reply's. I think Bill has got me going in the
right direction on this one. Using highly technical methodology, I
smacked it on the top once and the hum has all but disappeared. That
says "Mechanical" so I think there is a ground lug somewhere not doing
it's job after 40 years or so. I did try the plug but it did not effect
the hum so it is most likely a floating lug.
That ACR-4 kit is really a nice way to go. For those that haven't
installed one yet I highly recommend it. I had a ball yesterday
afternoon and into the evening being reminded of the many Heathkit rigs
and accessories that I have built over the years. Have a great 2011!
