[Drake] TR7 Reforming Capacitors in PS7

Hi

I need some advice.

 

I bought a Drake TR7 in about 1980 with a lot of extras. Anyway I moved in
1985 & went QRT, the Drake line was packed away and unopened until a few
months ago.

 

I decided to become an active HAM again earlier this year with an Elecraft
K2 but now would also like to try out the TR7 again.

I know that electrolytic capacitors degrade without use and that brings me
to the point of this email.

Before applying any power to the PS7/TR7 should I replace the electrolytics
in the power supply or is there an easy way of re-activating them without a
variac?
