[Drake] bad 10M TR4C crystal

While trying to set up for the neutralization, I tried to tune up on 
29.1mhz and found out that although the 43.6mhz crystal is the newest 
one in there, receive is dead and of course xmit is the same. All 
crystal contacts were cleaned and Deoxit applied some time ago. All 
the other crystals work ok.

Is there a way to test the crystal (and any other crystal) without 
building an oscillator?
