[Drake] Problem with L-4 power supply

Gene -

The HV is 1800 VDC in the CW mode, but should go to 2600 or so in the 
SSB position.

The Sunlight board is fine, and is a good upgrade.

You know you have to "key" the L-4B via the "VOX RELAY" connector on the 
back to transmit through the amp.?  Just short the two pins together, or 
if it's an RCA phono jack just short the center conductor to ground.  
About 30V @ 60 mA or so.

Also, the AGC knob on the front panel has to be pulled OUT.

If these don't resolve the problem, let us know!
