[Drake] TR4C weird xmit trouble

I had a TR4-C one time in which one of the rotor plates was bent, and actually 
touching the stator on the Rf tune varicap.  I carefully (very carefully, 
unpowered of course, with the power supply detached and unplugged !!!) bent it 
back with a jewelers screwdriver.  Not sure if  this might be your problem...
