[Drake] TR4C 9mhz osc. adj

Where is the best place to measure the 9mhz osc. freq? The method I 
used before to set it was to inject a sig gen at T-11 and zerobeat. I 
have a pretty accurate freq counter and would rather do it that way.

I guess I could just test it at pin 1 of V16 but I don't trust my 8db 
wideband bufffer/amp to much.
