[Drake] TR4C TX trouble

I am at my wits' end ! Just when I thought I had almost all of my 
ducks in a row this happens.

I decided to tune up on every band, upper and lower, so I could put 
the wraps on it. Well, it didn't go well.

Here are the results:

80M no output on LSB, S/B SW in ccw, USB ok,
40M no output USB, S/B SW cw, LSB ok.
20M full output on USB/LSB
15M no output on USB, S/B SW ccw, LSB ok.
10M no output USB, S/B SW ccw, LSB ok.

All tests run with dummy load and viewed on O'scope. CXR OSC reads 
8.99993mhz on counter. CXR BAL tests good. Bias reads normal on all 
bands, both S/B's. RF TUNE peaks on all bands, USB and LSB using XTAL 
CAL. I thought, well, must be a bad filter but I can't rationalize it.

I am ready to just stick it in the closet and forget about it for the 
next 10 years (should I live so long)
