I was going to speculate that the entities John had contacted probably  
are too busy to respond to such a vague inquiry. If John can explain  
what he is attempting to do on the TR3 that isn't working properly  
(what is the desire operation, and what steps John performed to  
attempt to bring about this operation, and what was the actual result  
of manipulating the controls, he may receive an useful answer...
