[Drake] TR7 - No output

My beloved TR7 has no output.   I can tune to the transmit frequency with
another receiver and hear clear audio, so I gather the problem is buried in
the finals.

 

I've pulled the cover off and was more or less intimidated by what was
there.  This is nothing like working on B Line.

 

Before I send it off for some professional help (not me) anyone have any
suggestions?
