[Drake] TR4 for sale, needs work

I have a Drake TR4 that I'd like to sell.  It's complete and fairly clean,
has the noise blanker, but it is not working.  I got it out of the box last
fall planning on selling it at a local hamfest, and was listening to 20
meters when the received signals just faded away.  There is still white
noise in the speaker.  

 

The power supply has a sunlight systems upgrade installed.  I also have a
nice MS-4 speaker and a set of finals that were sold to me as a matched set,
but I have no means to test them.
